Methodology & Privacy
What we measure, how we measure it, and the lines we never cross. Here you will find the methodology behind our data intelligence and the privacy commitments that sustain it.
What we measure and how
Our reading is built in three chained stages: collection of public mentions, sentiment classification, and territorial aggregation.
Public mentions
We collect only mentions from open spaces of public debate. Nothing that requires privileged access, a private account, or breaching confidentiality ever enters our base.
Sentiment classification
Each mention receives one of three categories — In Favor, Neutral, or Against. Uniform criteria, applied to the entire collected volume.
Territorial aggregation
We aggregate mentions by territory, revealing where each topic gains or loses strength. The reading is always of the whole, never of the individual.
Sentiment — canonical colors
- In Favor
- Neutral
- Against
What we do not do
The limits matter as much as the method. These commitments apply to every client, contract, and deliverable.
- We do not buy third-party databases.
- We do not do invasive microtargeting.
- We do not monitor private communications.
- We work exclusively with public data.

LGPD · Art. 7, IX
Legitimate interest — security
Security measures for our services — such as access logs and protection against incidents — rest on legitimate interest, strictly to the extent necessary for that purpose.
Data subject rights and DPO channel
The LGPD guarantees rights to personal data subjects, exercisable at any time through our data protection officer (DPO).
Your rights
- Confirmation that processing exists and access to your data.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of consent.

Access management
Access to data and systems under the least-privilege principle, with periodic review of permissions.
Encryption
Protection of data at rest and in transit, with rigorous key management.
Incident response
Structured containment and analysis, with notification to the ANPD within 3 business days when applicable.
Semiannual pentest
